Kemi Oluwashina studied pharmacy in the university and not long after working as a pharmacist, realized she was unfulfilled and needed to do something about it. Kemi got into the finance world and in no time rose through the ranks to be trusted enough to set up the pension arm of her organisation which we all know today as ARM Pensions. Kemi is the definition of a successful intrapreneur and we definitely want to know what makes this power-house deliver always! Kemi is an Executive Director with ARM Securities and she joins Seyi Banigbe to discuss work ethic alongside her start-up escapades in her corporate career.
